Great hosts, friendly and kind staff, amazing desert safari organized by Alladin, beautiful views of the fort from the rooftop, clean and spacious rooms, free pick-up and drop service.

I had an very nice stay at Wonbin Safari in Jaisalmer. The staff were really good too ensure my comfort, even helping me with an insurance issue. After a tiring desert tour, they kindly let me freshen up and rest before my afternoon travels. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the fort. The rooftop offers amazing views and the restaurant serves delicious food at affordable prices. The desert safari organized by the hostel was a highlight of my trip. I highly recommend Wonbin Safari for a nice Jaisalmer experience!

I truly appreciated the hotel's traditional Rajasthani decoration, it reminded me of the rich cultural heritage of the city. The general areas were spacious and comfortable, making it easy for senior people to move around. The hotel was also conveniently located, allowing me to explore the city with ease.

I would have loved to see more assistance from the children working there to cater specifically to the needs of senior people.

The hotel offered complimentary dinner and upgraded my room during my Thanksgiving stay. The hotel's location is central to the city's attractions and the rooftop offered a great view of the surroundings. The staff was very accommodating and helped me arrange an outdoor activity that I thoroughly enjoyed.

The bathroom could have been cleaner and better equipped, and there was a lack of toiletries provided in the room. there were not enough bathrooms for the number of guests which created long waiting times.

Wifi was unreliable.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a desert location, where the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfy and spacious with beautiful views of the nearby tourist spots such as the Desert Safari. The hotel provided amazing service, with staffs always present to help, nice breakfast, and clean bathrooms. Also, the location was perfect and walkable to various tourist spots.
